We can either work directly with you, your architect and the main contractor or builders.
We prefer to be involved earlier in the design (rather than just prior to applying for Building Regulation approval) as making changes later takes longer and costs more.
We provide technical guidance to ensure optimal performance with lower risk, as doing things badly can damage rather than improve the property.
We listen in order to understand the wider brief, then focus on good detailing.
